Buyer assumption of regulatory compliance
The buyer assumes full, unilateral responsibility for ensuring that their handling, storage, and disposal of the purchased chemicals comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws, including EPA, OSHA, and DEA regulations.
Intent of purchase & absolute right to cancel
The Website sells materials exclusively to buyers who represent valid educational institutions, independent research firms, or certified laboratory environments.
Detection of human use
If Orion Peptides detects, suspects, or receives communication from a buyer indicating an intent to use our compounds for human or animal administration — including but not limited to inquiries regarding dosages, mixing, injection methods, or physiological effects — the order will be canceled immediately and permanently.
Customer support ban
Any customer account flagged for referencing human use will be permanently banned from future purchases, and all funds will be returned minus any applicable transaction processing fees.
Complete disclaimer of warranties
This Website and all materials sold through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orion Peptides explicitly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

The total aggregate liability of Orion Peptides for any legal claim arising directly out of a transaction shall not exceed the exact purchase price paid by the buyer for the specific batch of goods under dispute.
Indemnification
The buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orion Peptides, its parent holding company, operating LLCs, suppliers, and independent contractors from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from:

- Any claim that the buyer’s use of the compound caused harm to an individual, animal, or property.
Governing law and severability
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full legal force and effect.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are purchasing on behalf of a qualified research setting, and that no compound will be administered to a human or an animal. Orion Peptides may update these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.
